Course objectives
The reasoned knowledge of the applicable legislation - regional, national and supranational - in forestry-environmental matters, is an indispensable element for an agronomist and forestry doctor who wishes to adequately interface with the structural and functional complexity of territorial systems and with the multifunctionality required in planning processes. , management and conservation of natural resources. The course, therefore, after an introduction on the fundamental principles, history and sources of forestry-environmental law, intends to address, with a dual regulatory and application approach, the main issues with which operators in the sector must deal in the territory. national and regional. The course is therefore aimed at providing 1) knowledge of the relevant legislation; 2) knowledge of the application measures relating to the aforementioned regulatory framework; 3) useful tools for students to develop autonomous analyzes and judgments, in the face of fundamental regulatory issues in this matter. To do this, the course will be structured on a dialogic basis, with lessons that provide for constant interaction between teacher and students and will aim to stimulate students' learning skills as much as possible.
